That’s my life motto.
As a burnt out 20-something, tired of dealing with physical and mental illness for the majority of my life, I was determined to figure out how to feel better. Depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, ADHD, migraines, chronic digestive and hormonal issues… I knew this wasn’t how life was meant to be.
I began to learn everything I could and discovered just how important things like mindset, balanced nutrition, sleep, and movement are to all aspects of wellbeing. I finally started to feel better. As I began to heal, I began to share what I was learning with others. Being able to help others unlocked my life’s passion, and I decided to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP).
Since then, as I’ve worked with not only myself but with hundreds of clients, what I’ve learned is that while our habits matter, there’s no perfect protocol, no magic supplement, and above all, that I don’t have all the answers. But what I do know is that wellbeing and happiness start with one thing: self-acceptance.
Self-acceptance is the journey that I’ve committed myself to, and the journey I hope to share with you. I am enough just as a I am, and I also have unlimited potential to grow, heal, and flourish. I am & I am becoming, and so are you.
